Overview

“Overview” is the first tab in campaign analysis. Before proceeding, you can understand NPS and CSAT here. It is a single screen showing an overview of key metrics including NPS, CSAT, Top priorities etc.

  1. See Arrow 1. These tiles show key metrics of your campaign. It shows NPS, CSAT, total responses and total escalations during the selected time range.
  2. See Arrow 2. It shows the distribution of promoters, passives and detractors in NPS.
  3. See Arrow 3. You can focus on a specific dataset by adding filters. Once a filter is applied, the whole dashboard shows analytics for that particular segment. You can control which questions are shown in filters from here.
  • CSAT distribution: This chart shows CSAT and its distribution (Highly satisfied, satisfied, Unsatisfied) across all questions marked as CSAT. In “Group Campaigns” in place of this chart, the NPS of all individual campaigns is shown here. This way you can view NPS of all individual campaigns at a glance.

  • Average rolling NPS score: Just like it sounds, you can specify the breakdown of NPS score & response count rolled down at average of 30 days. See more explaination here.
  • Average rolling Response count: It shows total population over a rolling 30-day window; split into NPS segments i.e. promoters, passives and detractors.
  • Response & NPS score: You can view daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly trend of Net Promoter Score.

  • Top two and bottom two performers in NPS Segment: You might be also interested in seeing NPS in key segments which are important to you. This chart shows shows top two and bottom two performers for your top-three primary segments.

  • Tag meter: A participant’s response can be categorized by you by “tagging” it in Responses tab. These stacked columns display those tags and the number of responses they are applied on. You can quickly see in which cateogory the response fall in, how much and compare their counts with each other.
  • Escalation meter: This chart shows trend of no. of escalations (open, in-progress, closed). You can view the trend daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
