Average rolling Net Promoter Score

This chart shows 30-day rolling Net Promoter Score (NPS). The x-axis is date series. The value of each x-axis point is NPS of responses collected that day and previous 29 days (total 30 days). Example: For 1st Apr it shows NPS of responses between 3 March and 1 Apr, for 2nd April it shows NPS of response between 4 March and 2nd April and so on.

What does this chart tell

NPS of a every single day may vary. Viewing NPS over a rolling duration smoothens these variations. Rolling NPS is a lagging indicator whether NPS is increasing or decreasing trend.
