You can control few elements of Zykrr-Insights for your campaign using “Report Configuration”.

Filters

In DIY > campaign > Settings > Report configuration you can configure which questions should appear in Zykrr-Insights filters. While using Zykrr-Insights, you can focus on a specific dataset by adding filters. Once a filter is applied, the whole dashboard shows analytics for that particular segment.

Only MCQ questions are allowed to appear as filters. By default all MCQ appear in filters. Uncheck a MCQ here to hide it from Zykrr-Insights filters.

Primary Segment

It let’s you select a segment that will used as default to plot charts in Insights on first page load.

Top Three Segments

Select the three segments across which charts showing their NPS and response count Insights Overview
