Segment Scores
- Segment level scores: Based on the attribute values applied, segment level scores are based on the number of responses broken down into Promoters, Passives, and Detractors.
- In the right-hand corner of the Segment Scores section are the segments (refer to Figure).
- This option allows you to use Flexible filters providing standalone and comparative analysis. Top priorities derived by using smart attributes.
- NPS Trend: This area chart shows trends overtime or categories. Move the cursor on the line/area & pause the pointer on the icons to see a preview of the performance, detecting trends and fluctuations.
Filter timestamp and use the sorting capability to rearrange the list elements in the respective data structure.
