Text Analysis
In the Text Analysis feature, some observed themes/topics are extracted and some related themes or comments are categorized.
Overview
• Entity, Tone, Action needed, location detection along with Sentiment. Top discussed topics on a daily, weekly, monthly frequency etc.
• The top prevailing themes followed by positive and negative responses to the open-ended questions can be seen here.
Sentiment distribution
This is where the clustered bar chart is used for comparing the values across different categories of multiple keywords, predicting the sentiment of a sentence (Refer arrow).
Place the cursor on the topics, it will automatically populate with the count of captured responses using 5-point rating scale.
Topic wise
A glimpse of the overall & individual customer’s response sentiments along with the meta data.
