SalesForce Integration

Overview

Zykrr’s Salesforce Integration empowers organizations to streamline customer engagement workflows by enabling real-time, bi-directional data exchange between Salesforce CRM and the Zykrr survey ecosystem. This integration ensures that survey interactions are directly tied to CRM activities, enabling timely and contextual feedback collection within a unified platform.

Purpose

This integration is designed to:

  • Enhance customer journey insights by embedding survey touchpoints within Salesforce workflows.
  • Automate feedback collection based on CRM triggers such as lead conversion, case updates, or account status changes.
  • Synchronize survey responses back into Salesforce for unified analytics and actionability.
  • Eliminate manual data transfer and maintain up-to-date contact and feedback records.

Feature Highlights

Seamless CRM Connectivity

Zykrr provides native support for Salesforce through a secure connector, allowing organizations to link Salesforce objects—such as Leads, Accounts, and Cases—with corresponding survey events or response data.

  • Integration User ID: The username of a dedicated Salesforce user account Zykrr will use to connect. Using a dedicated integration user is recommended.
  • Password: The password associated with the Salesforce Integration User account.
  • Security Token: The security token for the Integration User.
  • Connected App Consumer Key: Generated by creating a “Connected App” specifically for Zykrr within your Salesforce Setup.
  • Connected App Consumer Secret: Also generated when creating the “Connected App” in Salesforce.
  • Auth Base URL: This is the endpoint used to authenticate and get an access token from Salesforce using OAuth 2.0. When your Zykrr system initiates a connection to Salesforce, it uses this URL to submit the username, password, security token, client ID, and client secret to receive an access token.
  • API Base URL : This is the base endpoint used for making API calls to interact with Salesforce data after authentication. It is unique to your Salesforce instance or org.
Note: You typically require Salesforce Administrator privileges to create the necessary user, permissions, and Connected App.

Conditional Triggers

Surveys can be triggered based on predefined Salesforce field conditions—such as lead stage, account type, or case resolution status—enabling highly targeted engagement strategies.

Response-to-CRM Updates

Post-survey responses can automatically update relevant Salesforce fields, ensuring sales and support teams always have access to the most current customer feedback.

Configurable Sync Directions

Zykrr supports both:

  • Salesforce → Zykrr: Trigger surveys or prefill data using CRM fields. nw_sftz

  • Zykrr → Salesforce: Push survey responses or derived metrics back into Salesforce. nw_ztsf

Use Cases

These are a few of the most commonly leveraged use cases among many supported by Salesforce Integration:

  • Case Closure Insight: Trigger a satisfaction survey when a support case is marked as resolved.
  • Account-Based Health Scoring: Feed response scores into Salesforce to inform account health metrics.
  • Marketing Attribution: Tie survey insights to campaign performance within Salesforce.

Integration Requirements

  • A valid Salesforce account with API access enabled.
  • An active campaign in the Zykrr DIY platform.
  • Field-level access permissions for the Salesforce objects involved.
  • Connector configuration credentials and mapping setup.

Security & Compliance

All data exchanged between Zykrr and Salesforce adheres to industry-standard encryption protocols. Field access and synchronization rules are fully configurable to comply with internal policies and privacy standards.
