Zykrr offers flexible data hosting options based on your organization’s location, compliance requirements, and industry-specific regulations. We support a wide range of data residency models to meet the needs of enterprises operating in regulated and high-sensitivity environments.

Available Hosting Locations

Zykrr supports hosting in the following secure, region-specific data centers:

  • India – Aligned with DPDPA and sector-specific data localization (BFSI, healthcare)
  • United States (US) – Supports CCPA, HIPAA, and enterprise IT security standards
  • Germany (EU) – GDPR-compliant data residency for EU clients
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE) – Compliant with regional data protection mandates

Clients can select a hosting region during onboarding or contract finalization.

US Hosting for North America–Based Clients

For customers operating in the United States, Zykrr offers full platform deployment in US-based data centers (East and West regions). This ensures compliance with:

  • CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
  • HIPAA (for healthcare data under enterprise contracts)
  • US federal and state-level data privacy guidelines
  • Industry-specific governance frameworks in banking, education, and healthcare

All survey responses, metadata, and analytics for US-region clients are stored and processed entirely within the United States.

EU Hosting for GDPR Clients

Zykrr supports customers with EU operations or GDPR obligations by hosting data in Germany (an EU member state). This is available when:

  • The customer explicitly requests EU residency during the legal agreement process
  • GDPR-compliant terms are included in the DPA

No data is transferred outside the EU without express client consent and approved safeguards.

On-Premise and Private Cloud Deployments

For customers requiring maximum control and security, Zykrr supports:

  • On-premise deployment in client-owned infrastructure
  • Private tenant hosting on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP

Thanks to our server-agnostic architecture, these deployments maintain parity with our SaaS offering in terms of functionality, performance, and security.

  • Banks and insurers with strict firewall or VPN constraints
  • Enterprises needing full data sovereignty

Important Notes

  • Hosting location must be specified in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
  • Regional or private cloud hosting is provisioned per client
  • No cross-border data movement occurs unless expressly permitted under legal terms
