You can send survey links using email channel through Zykrr’s email domain. We also have an email template library to choose from so that you can start sending survey emails in no time.

Email from your own domain

You might want to send email using your own brand’s domain, for example survey@your-domain.com, to make the email look truely yours. You can contact Zykrr support team and they will provide you with DNS records to enter into your DNS management tool. Once validation is complete (upto 72 hours), you’ll be able to send surveys from your own domain.

Steps that you will be required to follow:-

  • Zykrr support will send an email to your domain, example: survey@your-domain.com, having a link. Click on the link to verify that you own the domain and the email account.

  • Add the CNAME DNS record for DKIM provided by Zykrr support.

  • Add or modify TXT DNS record for SPF provided by Zykrr support. If it already exists, lets say

    your-domain.com TXT v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all
    

    Then modify it to

    your-domain.com TXT v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com include:domain-given-by-zykrr-support.com -all
    
  • Add a TXT DNS record for DMARC provided by Zykrr support. You can add one more record even it already exists.

    _dmarc.your-domain.com TXT v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:diwakar_singh_maurya@zykrr.com; ruf=mailto:diwakar_singh_maurya@zykrr.com; sp=none; fo=1; ri=86400
    

Wait for Verification

DNS propagation may take up to 72 hours. Once records are verified, Zykrr will activate your custom sender domain.


Notes

  • You must own the domain you’re sending from
  • Zykrr does not host your DNS—these changes must be made by your IT or domain team
  • You can continue to use your domain for other purposes (e.g., email, website) without disruption
