Survey Scheduling

Zykrr allows you to send surveys instantly or schedule them to be sent at a specific time, ensuring optimal reach and engagement across different participant segments.


Key Capabilities

While scheduling or sending surveys, you can control:

  • Which list of participants should receive the survey
  • Which content template should be used
  • When the survey should be sent (immediately or at a future date/time)
  • Whether to send it to:
    • All participants in the list
    • Only non-respondents (typically used for reminders)

This gives you complete flexibility to optimize the timing, message, and targeting of every campaign.


Use Case: Reminders

When sending a reminder, choose “Non-Respondents” in the Send To Whom field to ensure that only those who haven’t answered yet will receive the follow-up.


Dynamic Template Rules

Zykrr supports Schedule Rule Sets that allow you to send different templates to different participants in the same batch, based on metadata such as:

  • Preferred language
  • Region or city
  • Customer type or tier
  • Any custom participant attribute

Example:

Segment Template Sent
Language = English eng-template-v2
Language = Hindi hindi-template-v1
Customer Type = VIP vip-feedback-template

This ensures personalized and localized communication without duplicating schedules.
