Survey error codes

This page lists the various error messages that might be shown to participants and their meaning.

  1. Invalid link - The link you are trying to access has expired or is invalid. Please try to copy and paste the complete link. If you are still facing issues, please contact your survey adminstrator.
    This is shown when participant is opening a survey-link that is either invalid or expired. A link can be invalid if it is not recognised by the Zykrr feedback platform as a valid survey link. Example: Participant was sent https://survey.zykrr.com/t/valid-link but they open a link https://survey.zykrr.com/t/valid-linkk (notice the extra k at the end).
    In your campaign you can set how long a survey link should remain valid and then automatically expire. If participant opens the link after that much duration, then they are presented with this error message.

  2. The survey has already been submitted on this link.
    This message is shown when a response has been already submitted against the survey-link.

  3. Your response has already been submitted. Please close this window.
    If a participant opens the link in two browser tabs/windows let’s say T1 and T2, submit the survey in tab T1, then when they try to submit the response in tab T2, they are shown this error message.

  4. This campaign is closed and does not accept any more responses.
    This message is shown when participants opens a survey which is closed i.e. you no longer want to recieve survey-responses anymore and shut it down.

  5. The link is already accessed in other device.
    This message is shown if “Device restriction” feature is enabled and survey link has already been opened on some other browser already.

There are few error messages which can appear because of some technical problems. If your participants face such problems, please contact Zykrr support team with the link.

  1. Participant not found. Contact your campaign admin.
  2. Invalid campaign. Contact your campaign admin.
  3. Invalid token. Contact your campaign admin.
  4. If you have not already submitted the response and are visiting this page using the link (with token) you originally received then contact your campaign admin.
