Thank You Page Logics

The Thank You Page Message is the message shown to participants after they complete a survey. It’s a final opportunity to acknowledge their time, reinforce appreciation, and guide next steps if needed.


Purpose

Use the Thank You Page to:

  • Appreciate the participant’s effort
  • Reinforce brand tone (e.g., warm, premium, personal)
  • Trigger different messages based on survey response
  • Optionally include additional information or next steps

Configuration Options in Zykrr

  • This is an optional checkbox labeled “Enable footer for Survey”
  • When enabled, a footer appears at the bottom of survey pages (content not customizable in this section)

🛈 Leave it unchecked if you don’t require a footer on the survey flow.


2. Default Message to Display

  • A text area contains a default message:

    “We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Your input is valuable and helps us improve our services."

  • You can edit this message to reflect:

    • Your brand voice
    • Campaign-specific language
    • Follow-up instructions or links

Example: “Thank you for your feedback! Your input helps us serve you better. If you’d like to speak with our team, please contact us at support@example.com."


3. Add Rule-Based Message (Dynamic Thank You)

You can configure conditional thank you messages using rule logic based on participant responses (e.g., NPS score, satisfaction level).

Key Elements:

  • Condition Builder:
    • Example: “If NPS < less than 5 Display”
  • Custom Message Field:
    • Text box where you write the custom message
  • Formatting Controls:
    • Dropdown for styling (e.g., Bold, Normal), font size (e.g., 14px)
  • Icons:
    • + icon: Add additional rule-based messages
    • 🗑️ trash icon: Delete a rule

🛈 These dynamic rules override the default message if the condition is met.


How to Configure

  1. Go to Thank You Page Message under survey settings
  2. Enter or customize your default message
  3. If needed, click Add Rule
  4. Define your logic condition (e.g., If NPS < 5)
  5. Enter a specific message for that rule
  6. Use formatting tools to match your visual style
  7. Add or remove rules as needed
  8. Save your configuration

NPS < 5 “We’re sorry to hear that. Thank you for your honesty—we’re working to improve."
NPS ≥ 9 “Thank you for being a promoter! We’re thrilled to hear your experience was great."

Best Practices

  • Keep messages concise and aligned with your brand tone
  • Use dynamic messages to acknowledge detractors or thank promoters
  • Avoid marketing speak—be authentic and human
  • Consider linking to a help page or contact form for low scorers
  • Preview the Thank You Page to ensure mobile readability
