Question types
Question Types in Zykrr
Zykrr’s survey module allows you to add a wide range of question types to design flexible, data-rich feedback flows. Below is the list of all supported question types:
- Rating
- Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
- Open End
- Fixed Text
- Ranking
- Date
- Rating Grid
- Multiple Choice Question (MCQ)
- MCQ Grid
Questionnaire Organization
You can organize your questionnaire on a single page or split it across multiple pages.
- Questions can be reordered within a page using the Move icon.
- This enables you to build structured, multi-step journeys or keep it flat and fast—based on the survey’s context
- You cannot change one question type into another. The best way is to delete the question and create a new one.
- You can add question below or after another question using the + icon
- You can edit the question using the pencil icon
- You can delete a question or a page using a trashbin icon on the question or the page. Once deleted the question or page cannot be retrieved.
- Once you make a change to the question, click OK on the question to accept the change. However, the changes are not applied to the Live survey till to click on the “Save and Preview”.
- All changes are instantly applied once to click on the “Save and Preview”
