The Thank You Message appears immediately after a participant successfully completes the survey. It’s your chance to leave a final impression—whether it’s showing appreciation, expressing empathy, or prompting a next action.
Zykrr allows you to fully customize this message to reflect your brand tone and adapt it to individual survey outcomes.

Configurations
1. Rule-Based Messaging (If-This-Then-That)
Zykrr allows you to set conditional messages based on participant responses.
Examples:
- If NPS < 6, show a custom apology or recovery message
- If NPS > 8, show a thank-you note and product cross-sell
- If customer type = VIP, display exclusive loyalty benefits
You can configure these messages using plain text rules through the interface—no code required.
2. Kiosk Mode: Start-Over Feature
For surveys running on tablet or kiosk mode, you can enable the “Start Over” option.
- After a participant completes the survey, the system will automatically reset the form after a predefined number of seconds (e.g., 10s, 20s)
- Ideal for in-store feedback setups, event booths, and public display terminals
